I am mean both can be true but this is pure US sports bullshit.

The comments on both of these posts are wild. It’s like threads have been let loose on the blue sky. It’s a bummer that most people’s even on the left “solution” to people being unhoused is to make them disappear

I have no problem with police in public transit, but that's not going to solve America’s unhoused problem. And public transit does not cause people to be unhoused.

Idk when I take the subway in Europe, it’s clean, and I don’t see cops. In the US, it’s not, and you do see cops. In European subways, I do see things I don’t see in the US. Namely, restrooms and sanitation workers.

This was the post that got me to buy the book. Although don’t think it was totally Michael Jackson related.
