If buses are being blocked regularly, we should probably just make the HOV lanes bus only

Illegal use of HOV lanes has real consequences. For example, buses exiting at Montlake end up stuck in gridlock before they can even reach the HOV exit. This issue is personal to me as I've probably lost days of my life sitting in a bus trapped at that exit.

My son and I were harassed by a couple of guys in a small SUV this morning. They honked loudly when a car in front of them stopped to let us cross 3rd at 83rd, then turned to follow us up the tiny street demanding that we "share the road." License plate: CHRYBRU
