imo being trans and neurodivergent are both things that are inherently traumatizing to some degree in a capitalist system so i feel like thats why the 3 overlap so much

Until informed consent was like normalized, you basically had to see a therapist to get a letter for HRT. Which meant that you were more likely to actually discuss other issues too in contrast to the general population. In some countries, this is still the case.
