Hi. With the evidence in hand that there was no vandalism *aside from incompetent workmanship* isn’t that a slam dunk case for malicious prosecution, that Hearn can seek damages for? Or, is Pirro and the DOJ somehow shielded? She seemed to highly overstate the case, plus why do a press conference?
