finally got a formal quote for ffs yesterday. i’ve been negotiating & managed to get a number of procedures reclassified as “medically necessary”, but it’s still more than I can afford by myself. i’ll be launching a gofundme tomorrow to fundraise before the cut off date for surgery deposit.
Sage Deviant 🏳️⚧️getting a formal quote in the next couple days. the nurse i talked with was shocked i hadn’t already received any estimates yet, but her ballpark was around $10,000. trying not to freak out until i get the actual quote. the majority of my ffs was supposed to be covered. love our medical system.
