What does this have to do w/elections? The same SCOTUS, -KBJ, was there prior to Biden in Trump 1.0, partially bc 1 seat was stolen from Obama. The same SCOTUS that denied forgiving Student Loan Debt & gave Trump immunity. Biden could've taken advantage of that too but didn't. So, which election?
