Technically. But they spend more than 90% of their money in Democratic primaries. Even if you knew nothing else about them, a dark money group that spends on both parties but mostly in Democratic primaries would raise suspicions wouldn't it?

"We support some Republicans and a lot of right-leaning (relative to their opponents) Democrats" should be a red flag.

Are you kidding. Like you’ve seen how AIPAC is directly linked not with Israel, not really. It’s directly linked with Likud. AIPAC isn’t an Israeli lobby. It’s a Likud lobby. Of course it’s ratfucking. Likud likes Trump.

They are partisan. Israel under Likud chose the GOP long ago and we just pretend they didn’t.

I define ratfucking as people who are outwardly partisan allies whose actual actions are to undermine the party

The only defense that AIPAC isn't ratfucking then would be that they aren't even outwardly partisan allies. Which is likely closer to the case as AIPAC and Israel have rather openly and clearly supported Trump and the GOP post J6. Which makes them a pure enemy not only of the Ds but America too.

I follow the Nixon-era definition. Get two sides you can't stand to destroy each other so you can slip past them. In any case, the AIPAC threat to spend money on Rogers' campaign should be all the proof regular Democrats need to see that PAC as the enemy.
