Especially when in 2022, more than 60% of eligible voters in Texas said their vote didn't matter. That's way too many Texans sitting out, and it can be contributed to Texas Dems leaving seats uncontested, underfunded, precinct chairs unfilled, registering to vote past the deadline, among others.
