I won't be surprised if Caleb Williams finishes outside the Top 12 QBs in fantasy. This man had a worse On Target % than everyone but J.J. McCarthy. A worse Bad Throw % than everyone but McCarthy and Michael Penix. Williams needs a Josh Allen-esque growth in his 3rd season. I'm not banking on it.
