Public money being spent to try to convince public servants who already don't want to be there, due mainly to cost and time wasted, to spend more time and money downtown to prop up the city's busted transit system.
Not going to pile on because my pitch to the city to make transit better is that better service would give me the confidence to get off a bus at a shop I wanted to check out, without fear I won't fit on the next one or miss my transfer. Good transit would let people spend time downtown easily.
