Imagine being Jesse Owens, going to extremely hostile & racist nazi germany, winning 4 gold medals and becoming the greatest Olympian, only to come back to extremely hostile & racist USA and not even being acknowledged by the president. Germany was no problem for Jesse because USA was just as vile.
