My absolute favorite is 'Le Vignoble', a french soft cheese of cow milk, matured for at least 2 weeks. It's very creamy and got a mild yet tangy taste. It's served best with baguette or sour dough rye bread, topped with fruits like grapes or melon or even served with a fruity mustard sauce.
