A police officer in North Carolina was arrested for using Flock cameras to track her boyfriend's ex-wife. Investigators say Elizabeth Snowman, 36, accessed the Flock database 31 times for personal reasons, including multiple times while off-duty. She remains employed by the Mooresville Police Dept.
