It’s a confusing mess. Administering these refunds has a huge cost that comes out of consumer pocket & hurts companies. UPS & Fedex took my tariff directly for Etsy purchase. I have a receipt, yet UPS does not even recognize my account name. Am left to chase my tail. Damn djt. Damn his inane azz.
