In my opinion, they are looking for a reason to find it acceptable that isn’t “because Covid still exists and I don’t want it.” They’re trying to fit you into their narrative, because you are unpleasantly jarring to them.
Dr. Lucky TranIt’s always odd to me when I get asked if I am wearing a mask because I am sick. In my experience, these days most people wearing a mask are doing so to prevent themselves getting sick, and most people who are sick don’t wear a mask at all.
