First-ever attempt at making jam (gooseberry blueberry recipe found online, no I wasn't going to can it I'm not foolish enough to play botulism roulette with untested recipes) was a spectacular failure. It was soup. So, I threw in some cornstarch and now it is syrup for ice cream topping. 🌱🙃
