Jesus CHRIST. Having gone through a very similar ordeal with my nonagenarian mother in law, my outraged sympathies. (In her case, they’d done the urine tests, the results had been in MyChart for days, and none of her dozen doctors managed to draw a line from A to B where B was a kidney infection)
