I've rarely had a cheese I didn't enjoy, muenster & provolone have been favorites since childhood & I'll never turn down a nice sharp cheddar or smoked gouda but Aldi had this thing like a decade ago they called Transylvanian Cave Cheese that I remember being immaculate. Can't find it now though.
