We are just making enemies. Nato is not an organization of good will. Nato is not offering peacet on the end of an olive branch. It is a lobby for the US defense industry & an arm of the US's war machine to defend its hegemony I understand that defense items need to be replaced.
Kai, a very old GenX 🇨🇦Agree, we cannot defend against U.S., so why spend 5% of GDP on military? I'm for spending in the 2-3% for national security. Making deals with other nations that are willing to build in Canada is one of the best options - as well as our own development of forward thinking, dual use technology.
