just heard about rampant Healthcare Fraud going on in my beloved city. FIND AND ARREST EVERYONE WHO IS ABUSING THIS PROGRAM! But do NOT end the program! Too many people would suffer as a result. They have enough to endure; they should not be the collateral damage of people with no conscience.
