OK, who else was told as a kid that "sperm whale" isn't a funny name because they're called that because of spermaceti, ignoring how the substance was named?
I mean I found out as a kid because I thought whales were cool and read a buncha books about whales and such. But also - why would you let that stand in the way of a joke?
