The farmer's market has been encroaching on that parking lot. Ideally a park wouldn't be a damper on it.

The farmers market actual sits along what’s known as the promenade, though it’s just the side of a parking lot right now… the lot will be the Sqaure when ever development happens…it’s like we get to design it our selves

Thanks. That helps a lot. I think the new vendors I was referencing are in the area labeled 2 in the diagram.
