Fire Emblem Fortune's Weave Direct: Spends a good 20 minutes showing off the story and main 4 heroes, then ends with "Oh, by the way, the REAL hero and story takes place 5 years after! Go alone or change the past?" is quite a move. (That and it's probably a very long game, with that in mind.)
