I miss brick cheese! Used to have it all the time as a snack when I was little; haven't been able to find it in recent years. Note: "brick cheese" is not just any old cheese in brick format. It's a specific type of cheese, a flavour of cheese. Looks like maybe a white cheddar but has its own taste.
