My dad left by EMS and never came home, and my mom, also, just 2 years later. I now have their cat, and he follows me EVERYWHERE NOW THAT HE KNOWS I am his person. Solidified by my moving and taking him with me, as had been living with folks to care for them. He is still really concerned if am away.
