The biggest takeaway from this show is how well it shows idolhood as both an occupation and an aspiration as being a vehicle for personal growth while only rarely coming off as preachy and cultish like other idol stuff. These girls want the feeling that being in showbiz gives them. It's good.
Magical Angel Jao87, The Idolmaster Cinderella Girls S1 (rewatch) Still a very good show. I was a little worried with how bad animas had aged, but this really is still The Good Shit. The cast is lovely and there's always a lot happening both visually and narratively. Really hard to fault.
