I’ve flown in or out of Dulles Airport hundreds of times—no joke, folks—which more than qualifies me to be an IAD Opinion Haver. So here is my take on the $22.5 billion transformation plan unveiled Wednesday, in particular the two parts of it that need to go in the bit bucket immediately.
