I discovered frangipane overnight. For my first time making it, upon stumbling on the recipe in ChatGPT, having no almond flour, I fearlessly substituted plain flour to bake it into some croissants. The result was sort of a croissant cake. Live and learn... I'm getting the almond flour! #musiciansky
