The California Labor Federation, which represents 2.23M Union workers and 1300 Unions, overwhelming endorses Proposition 40, the one time billionaire tax on California's November ballot. Hopefully, Proposition 45, which would strip environmental reviews under CEQA, will be defeated. #UnionStrong
