This recruiting tactic makes me feel uncomfortable. Do I want Portland Police recruits to imagine themselves on rooftops gunning-down people on the street? Some kind of occupying arm? Is this the "community policing" they keep telling us about? By "resolve" they often mean shoot and kill.
