Kyoka feels bad for Dusk Hounds, but they are inherently chaotic and almost impossible to tame or communicate with, so she kills them like she would any irrational/aggressive demon. Since they're basically shattered Hellhound ghosts, that especially saddens her for the original Hellhound.
