Certainly funded by foreign propagandists. Also, anti-American billionaires like Musk, Thiel, Zuck. RU actually paid salaries (Tim Pool, Dave Rubin, Benny Johnson..) to constantly broadcast Putin's lies. Even supposedly all American brass like Mike Flynn turned propagandist. The psyops is deep.
