i honestly don’t find bodymind loss scary. even death isn’t that scary to me. i could lose my mobility tomorrow and sure it would be a disruption but i would adapt and life wouldn’t be diminished by the physical change itself apart from the inaccessibility and discrimination i would face. 1/2
