Hard Disagree on most of this comment. For "GOP" sub in "Establishment" + I'd be less dismissive. But Schumer is a F*CK of a long way from almost any GOP senator on pretty much any issue. That matters.
Does he do anything about pushing policy or public opinion? No. Does he allow senate business to continue? Yes. Does he vote for GOP nominees? All the time. Did he start a shadow cabinet? No. Has he extracted any meaningful concessions? No.
His real positions are revealed by his actions.
