Ah. Not so good then. I'm still intending to read the rest of the Poseidon's Children trilogy even though I accidentally started on the 3rd one. I'd like to know how they got to that point. Depends on type of book I guess.

There’s an interesting aspect of “set in the same timeline” and “are sequential”. Your example is going to be fascinating to see how it all flows for you. When I read the other book - “The Flight of the Aphrodite” - I thought these events I’m reading now were just scene setting flavour. D’oh! 😆
