Don’t blame NOVA, RVA or Tidewater. He’s from the 5th District which is Central VA where there is a whole lotta stupid. It includes the counties that closed public schools in the 60’s rather than integrate. This is the cut-off-your-nose-to-spite-your-face crowd.
