I have had some bot responses as well lately. I didn't hesitate to block them -_-
Having a bot learn human responses to give nice comments instead of a human person leaves a pretty nasty aftertaste.
Yes, this exactly. I don't understand those humans who create "nice comments" bots. An automated reply isn't useful here, it creates more harm and frustration than it helps. If a human bot creator wanted to do something nice, they should leave a comment themselves.
And yes, I do understand that some people have bots for attention farming, but I'm more referring to the bots that seemingly run around and comment for no reasons. That's so strange.
