Why does this matter? 1. It’s another example of something with credibility being tainted by politics. 2. PSCs have in the past been suggested in various discussions of Fed transpo law as the basis for Fed safety funds eligibility.

Consistent with Duffy's statements about "DEI bike lanes" on Tuesday about the BUILD grants. A few reporters pointed out in articles what was on the FHWA's website, so obviously that *had* to go.
