I think this is what we wanted, separate out the DHS portion of the bill. The other 5 bills are all bipartisan and agreed upon. Dems got the 2-3 week timeline to deal with DHS portion rather than than the months the Republicans wanted. Dems actually held the line and kept funding for programs needed
