Karma is a bitch. Can he "pause" his lawsuit, go back and rewrite it? Don't think so. He opened this can of worms when he filed a frivolous suit. He needs to drop it entirely if he wants to avoid discovery, and even then he can still be open to a countersuit for abuse of process.
