Solving pronouns with common sense. “thon”, derived from the contraction of “TH(at pers)ON”, is 3rd person singular. “they” is only 3rd person plural. And let’s fix the “you” problem (both singular and plural) while we’re at it. Singular: me, you, thon Plural: we, yall, they Yall’re welcome.😉
