The "7-day sourdough starter" is a total myth!🍞 I’m on day 11 & only JUST starting to see some decent wild yeast activity. This pushed my baking plans back, but if things keep moving at this rate this coming weekend might finally be the big bake day. Patience is definitely the main ingredient!⏳🌾
