I was looking up info on the tornado warning and roof leak that disrupted GenCon yesterday, I saw a comment on one of the videos that absolutely enraged me, as a NWS spotter for some 25 years or so: "There was no tornado. It was just a warning." A WARNING MEANS THERE **IS** A TORNADO. 1/
