Yes! As Meli says—anarchist models don't mean no structure/no leads. They mean no one is metaphorically "above" (eg must be followed, not publicly contradicted, best ideas); system goes by equity+who acts, removes patriarchal "it's a family & needs a father figure" (underlying eg staff-admin model)
