A friend said "If I were to marry tomorrow, at the wedding ceremony I’d be legally recognised as a woman due to my GRC.
But at the wedding reception, I would not be allowed to use the women’s toilets."
Not while amended birth, death and marriage certs exist.
What they've done is made an unholy mess...probably because the decision makers didn't speak to any trans people or other legit experts.
