The whole point of the Bill of Rights is to protect the only true minority - the individual. It limits the governments power to harm the individual. The whole constitution is designed to limit the governments power.

MW4 got it right 👍. These law enforcement entities and government bodies want everyone but themselfs under 24 hr surveillance citing crime that they themselfs commit and get away with . It's no longer big brother surveillance it's dictatorship under iron fist commie russian rule !!
