@cantwell.senate.gov Why was 19 chosen as the cap for # of teams in a college sports conference? Doesn't this limit the slots to only 6 available for the 10 or so schools that want to join? & how do your colleagues from Conn. feel when Conn. is the only state forever iced out by this rule? 1/2
