USL League One team Portland Hearts of Pine is set to build a new 9,000- to 11,000-seat soccer-specific stadium for its men's and women's teams, aiming to open in 2029. The stadium will be located by the waterfront at Cassidy Point, overlooking the Fore River estuary.
