My SIL & her husband have lived in MX the last 5-6 years The “street dogs” are in the millions It’s a horrid place for children, dogs & cats HORRID

I grew up on a farm and there was all these Barn cats and I just remember us kids having to help Dad wrangle up every single barn cat and make sure that they had their shots.
