Prove that her body meets the government’s definition of girlhood. A sports physical should check whether a child is healthy enough to play. This measure could turn it into a demand for genetic screening, hormone testing, or examinations of reproductive anatomy.

A girl who only wants to play soccer, run track, or join her friends on a team could be told that her private medical information is the price of belonging. The girls this will hurt The children most likely to be questioned will not only be transgender girls.

Imagine knowing you could lose your place on a team because someone decided you did not look like a “real” girl. That kind of fear does not protect girls. It teaches them that their bodies are public property. Sports should be a place to belong

guess no one went to gym as a kindergartner? It’s one class not boy gym or girls gym worked at school as a sub they play gym together through middle school, so are you saying a kindergartner is trans? And it would be an unfair advantage to another kindergartner getting a fake meddle

Although frankly it would still, objectively, be enough cause for action if trans girls were the only ones hurt. I know cis people can hardly be expected to acknowledge that. But it's the truth.
